Tucson Real Estate Update - 3/26/2020

Why Curb Appeal Matters

Good morning! This is Rita Gibbs with Realty One Group Integrity Tucson.

We're in a really hot seller's market right now and people often ask me what is the best way to get their home sold quickly and for the best price. After almost 14 years in real estate I definitely have learned a few things.

The most important thing is First Impressions Matter. That means you want your curb appeal to be optimal. You want to straighten up, clean up your yard, install some extra pops of color with pots of flowers. Sometimes even adding colorful gravel or new turf will help to freshen up the look.

Don't forget to replace outdated exterior light fixtures, door bells, and the hardware on your front door. These things can definitely make a difference in terms of how attractive and appealing your home is to buyers.

Experienced Buyers Agent

Hey everybody! Happy Thursday. This is Rita Gibbs with RitaSellsTucson in sunny Tucson, Arizona.

These days a lot of people are wondering, “why should I get a real estate agent,” when there's REDFIN and OpenDoor and OfferPad and all these online home buying services. Well there's a couple reasons.

First of all, many homes will never make it to the MLS. That's right they get sold before they even hit the MLS. Especially in this kind of extremely competitive seller's market. So you want an agent who can network with other agents and find you properties that are not in the traditional MLS portal.

The other reason is that you really want an agent with enough experience to advise you on what kind of offers to make in this kind of very competitive market. You don't want to go with a novice agent because you're going to lose out because of inexperience.

I've been selling Tucson homes for 14 years. I love working with buyers in all price ranges and I work all parts of town. I've been in Tucson since 1985 and I would love to help you find your Tucson dream home.

So send me a message, give me a text and have a great day thanks.
